In the mouth, the wine displays pleasant sweetness, medium body, soft tannins, good balance.
Aging:
18~24 months in French oak barriques (228L), and then 12 months in the bottle.

Roast meat garnished with mushrooms, barbeque, roasted lamb with broiled potatoes and caramel flavored sauce, special red meat dishes, game, and various kinds of mature white and yellow cheese.
