The wine is produced from selected grapes, bio-certified, from the own vineyards of the cellar “Edoardo Miroglio” in the village of Elenovo – East Thracian Plain.

The aroma is a combination of red juicy fruits, chocolate, herbs – mint, garden mint. Aromas of flowers and forest, combined with the aroma of the Bulgarian oak.

The taste is juicy, balanced, with a pleasant freshness, well harmonizing with the sweet, elegant and grainy tannins. Complex and memorable wine.
Aging:
It matures in 500 l barrels of Bulgarian oak for 12 months
