The taste is rich and supple. Very good structure and balance, well-integrated oak. Long finish with soft grainy tannins.
Aging:
15~18 months in 225 l French oak barriques.

Perfect with flavorful and spicy meat, barbeque, pizza and pasta, spicy beef dishes, and mature cheese.
